The Corporate Law Firm is a captive law firm for an affiliated group of insurance companies that serve the United States and international markets. The firm has a transactional practice, which primarily focuses on corporate, business and insurance law related transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of industries.
We also represent a select number of other clients that our attorneys have previous relationships with or that have been referred to us by other professionals. We, however, do not accept or take on engagements from prospective clients who solicit us directly looking for representation.
